No. GreenLight handles all U.S. payer connections under our credentials. You just need your organization details and the patient's insurance information.
How does the first claim free work?
Your first claim submission has no $50 fee. You only pay the 5% processing fee on what the insurer actually pays out. It's our way of letting you test the full workflow risk-free.
When do I get paid?
Collections are distributed monthly via international wire transfer. Hybrid plan has a $500 minimum payout threshold. Full Service is $2,000. Balances below the threshold roll to the next month.
What's the Full Service percentage based on?
It depends on volume, case complexity, and the level of support you need. Range is 15-25% of collected amounts. We'll discuss and agree on terms before you start.
Can I switch plans anytime?
